Thanehall Ltd is committed to continual improvement based upon best practices, customer feedback, and evaluation of information on the performance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Corrective action will be implemented to address any deviation from meeting the quality objectives.

 

The Managing Director has assigned responsibility within the organisation for implementing, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, and is committed to providing appropriate resources as required to enable the company to meet its quality objectives.

 

All staff are informed of the aims and objectives of the Quality Management System, and are expected to adhere to its requirements. Where appropriate, suppliers, sub-contractors and visitors to Thanehall Ltd’s premises are required to adhere to relevant processes and procedures of the Quality Management System.

 

Thanehall Ltd communicates its Quality Policy to all staff through notice boards, the intranet, staff induction, and training. It is readily available to all interested parties through the company website.

 

This Quality Policy is reviewed regularly by the Managing Director to ensure it remains appropriate to the purpose and context of the organisation and supports its strategic direction.
